Research Interest
My research focuses on studying effective leadership models in educational institutions and their impact on improving the quality of education and fostering positive educational work environments. I also concentrate on analyzing educational policies and decision-making methods within schools, as well as exploring the role of transformational leadership in supporting teachers’ professional development and enhancing institutional performance efficiency.
