What are the procedures for borrowing books from the college library?

The borrowing procedures for students within the college involve recording the student’s information, including name, academic stage, as well as the book details, borrowing date, and the specified borrowing period, which must not exceed 10 days. In the event of loss or theft of the book, the college administration must be notified in order to take disciplinary and financial measures against the student in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

As for students from outside the college, they are required to obtain prior approval from the college administration through an official letter, present a valid student ID and phone number, and have their information registered, along with specifying the borrowing period.
