Registration and Student Affairs Division
The Registration Division at the College of Education for Women plays a vital role in providing academic support to students. It is responsible for enrolling new students, following up on their academic records, and issuing official documents. Additionally, it assists graduating students in transitioning to professional life by providing final graduation documents. Its role is essential in facilitating students’ academic journey and offering them the necessary support throughout their studies.

Form a committee from the Registration Division staff to receive the accepted students.

Form a physical fitness committee from the college’s female teaching staff.

Guide the students on how to fill out the information in the admission file.

Announce the preliminary acceptance results in the media and publish them on the Ministry’s website so students know their assigned department.

We are notified by the University Presidency - Student Affairs Department based on the lists published on the Ministry’s electronic portal, then we retrieve them.

The lists are copied and posted near the student reception committee.

The student arrives with her central acceptance list showing her name; the committee marks the student’s name, issues her a file, then records the student’s data (name, school name, address, and phone number) in a special register.

The student is guided on how to complete the study file, the required documents, number of copies, and department selection according to the student’s preference.

After the student completes the file, the assigned committee audits it in the student’s presence, marks whether it is complete or missing documents, signs the file, and informs the student to follow the college’s website.

Issue an administrative order to accept the students and circulate it to the departments to receive and register the students.

The College of Education for Women aims to prepare a generation of competent teachers capable of carrying the mission of education and upbringing in the best possible way. It also seeks to build continuous bridges of communication between the college and the community. Since its establishment in 1987, the college has proven its excellence and ability to graduate a distinguished group of well-trained and effective teachers. According to feedback from faculty members regarding graduates, they are characterized by high morals, adherence to humanitarian principles, loyalty to their country and university, strong ambition, and a conscientious approach to working with students across all educational levels, while showing cooperation among themselves.
Instructions for Issuing Documents
Graduates of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics are entitled to receive a graduation certificate in Arabic without grades, as well as a bilingual certificate (Arabic and English). They also have the right to obtain a wall-mounted graduation certificate.
Conditions for obtaining the certificate:

Fill out the graduation certificate request form.

Provide a recent personal photo (white background) matching the number of requested certificates.

Submit the payment receipt from the college accounts.

Provide a colored copy of the passport.
Note:
The student’s name on the certificate will be in English as it appears in the passport. If the passport is unavailable, the student assumes full responsibility for correctly writing their name in English.
