1. Prepare and conduct workshops in coordination with the Qualification, Employment, and Follow-up Division at the University Presidency targeting fourth-year students to develop their academic and professional skills to excel in the job market.

2. Prepare and implement annual plans for seminars, courses, workshops for qualifying and employing (students and graduates), and graduates’ forums, then submit them to the division.

3. Analyze the labor market and provide necessary information to students and graduates, working on employing graduates and providing necessary support.

4. Coordinate with the college’s departments to prepare and organize a database for students and graduates.

5. Prepare a semi-annual report including conducted courses, their compliance with the planned schedule, and achievement rates.

6. Coordinate with departments within the college to develop summer training curricula for students.

7. Provide consultations to students and graduates in areas such as employment and training.

8. Follow up with graduates after their appointment in government institutions and the private sector and evaluate how well they benefit from their specializations.

9. Collaborate with institutions and companies to offer training and employment opportunities for students and graduates and provide financial support to those facing financial difficulties.

10. Coordinate with the Qualification, Employment, and Follow-up Division at the University Presidency to ensure the completion of all mentioned tasks.
