Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit


 

It is an administrative unit concerned with communication with female students and graduates of the College of Education for Girls, qualifying them through a range of programs including seminars, courses, and workshops to develop graduates' skills and prepare them to enter the labor market. It also focuses on building bridges of communication between students and the labor market, represented by the public and private sectors. This unit thus contributes to achieving the college's goals and developing students' skills to keep pace with practical developments and update the information provided to them, enhancing their employability and future service to society.

The Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit was established at the College of Education for Girls by University Order No. 7/39/104371 on 27/8/2017. According to the administrative structure of the college, the unit reports to the Office of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and carries out many tasks and duties in cooperation with the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division at the University Presidency.

Mission Statement

Training female students and graduates of the College of Education for Girls at the University of Tikrit by developing their capabilities, enhancing their skills, improving their efficiency and effectiveness, and strengthening their academic and practical qualifications according to a scientifically systematic method based on the needs of the local and international labor market. Additionally, working to provide suitable employment opportunities, assisting them in obtaining these opportunities, and supporting the establishment of their own small projects that contribute to achieving sustainable community development. Following up with them to be better prepared for entrepreneurial success and strategic excellence in their work performance.
