The Responsibilities of Division of Security
  1. Following up on university directives related to security monitoring and implementing and disseminating them within the college.

  2. Following up on the instructions and directives of the Dean of the College and implementing them concerning monitoring tasks.

  3. Supervising the distribution of forms related to badges and permits for vehicle access to the university campus.

  4. Overseeing the maintenance of security and order within the university campus.

  5. Conducting field visits to the college’s units and departments and monitoring security inside the college.

  6. Collaborating and coordinating with the protection forces and security personnel responsible for securing the area to enhance security measures.

  7. Monitoring the work of inquiries and ensuring proper record-keeping.

  8. Following up on and securing protection for celebrations, exhibitions, and scientific conferences.

  9. Managing the entry and exit procedures of faculty, staff, and students within the college.

  10. Monitoring the operation of electronic surveillance systems (cameras).
