Women's Empowerment Unit


The Women's Affairs Unit at the College of Education for Girls aims to empower female students and staff by organizing workshops and training courses focused on skill development and raising awareness of women's rights. The unit conducts field visits to address and highlight the challenges faced by women. It also prepares plans to develop women’s skills in various fields and seeks to build effective partnerships with official institutions supporting women's issues.

Responsibilities of the Women Empowerment Unit
    1. Preparing and organizing programs, courses, workshops, and seminars related to women and their empowerment in various fields of life.

    2. Conducting field visits to highlight and resolve issues faced by women.

    3. Collecting and distributing aid to women with low income.

    4. Preparing and developing plans to hold skill development courses for women.

    5. Linking the Women Empowerment Unit with various official bodies concerned with women's affairs and fostering effective cooperation with them.
