Managing the current account and processing the salaries of the college’s faculty and staff, including the addition of allowances, promotions, and service periods, as well as maintaining general daily records, accounting logs, trust records, and payroll registers.

Preparing final accounts and monthly financial statements.

Overseeing college purchases, including equipment, machinery, laboratory supplies, and any other items required to meet the college’s needs.

Calculating all student-related financial matters such as enrollment, issuance of transcripts, certifications, objections, or completion requests.

Organizing the procedures of the Higher Education and Scientific Research Fund, including disbursement operations, preparation of accounting entries, supporting documents, general daily records, receipts, and payments.

Managing the procedures of the treasurer’s office, including the collection and deposit of receipts related to all student transactions (enrollment, transcript issuance, certification, objection, or completion), as well as depositing receipts from the cooperation mechanism and executing disbursement operations in accordance with the law.
