1. Supervise and monitor all maintenance works related to the college buildings, including (electrical works – water and sewage networks – gardens – furniture – devices and equipment – machinery).

2. Implement the Dean's directives to conduct periodic inspections and emergency assessments of the college buildings, including (classrooms, laboratories, administrative offices, and other facilities).

3. Coordinate and follow up with maintenance and procurement committees to sustain and provide the necessary requirements and to engage specialized entities for performing the required maintenance works.
